INTRODUCTION
Life Prep Academy is a U.S. K–12 boarding school system accredited and authorized by the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE), the Kansas Education Systems Accreditation (KESA), the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), and the U.S. Department of Education. The school operates educational campuses in the United States and Vietnam, along with a nonprofit educational campus in Liberia.
In the United States, Life Prep Academy serves students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 (K–12) and offers the University Pathway Program, an integrated academic pathway that combines a U.S. high school curriculum with General Education college courses, Advanced Placement (AP), Honors courses, SAT/ACT preparation, and early college planning beginning in the first years of secondary education.
At its Vietnam campus, Life Prep Academy delivers U.S. Middle School and High School programs that integrate AP, SAT, TOEFL, and College Preparatory pathways. Students may complete their studies in Vietnam or transition to the United States at an appropriate stage of their academic journey. Graduates earn a U.S. High School Diploma recognized by universities in the United States and around the world.
The University Pathway Program is designed as a continuous academic journey from middle school through high school, allowing students to progressively build strong academic foundations, research skills, critical thinking abilities, career awareness, and readiness for college-level coursework, AP, Honors, and standardized test preparation at the appropriate stages.

Established in 1999
Life Prep Academy was founded in 1999 in the largest city in the state of Kansas, United States. From its earliest years, the school has been committed to creating a U.S.-style educational environment that integrates academic excellence, research, experiential learning, and the holistic development of each student.
Over its 27-year journey of educating and inspiring students, Life Prep Academy has grown into a global learning community welcoming students from 42 countries across five continents. The school’s diverse campus community provides students with opportunities to learn, live, and grow alongside peers from different cultural backgrounds and perspectives. Each year, Life Prep Academy awards academic, athletic, and arts scholarships to outstanding international students.
International Expansion | 2019–2020
In addition to its main campus in the United States, Life Prep Academy expanded its educational programs to Vietnam during the 2019–2020 academic year and established a nonprofit educational campus in Liberia, Africa. This expansion reflects the school’s commitment to making a U.S. education accessible to more students worldwide while providing opportunities for learners to experience an international academic environment from middle school and high school onward.
A New Era | 2022–2027
The period from 2022 to 2027 represents a new stage of growth for Life Prep Academy, marked by expanded academic capacity and continued investment in campus development in the United States. A four-star hotel facility was transformed into a new integrated boarding campus, while athletic fields, a multi-purpose gymnasium, fitness facilities, recreational spaces, and student common areas have continued to be enhanced to support students’ academic, athletic, and personal development.
This expansion initiative aims to create a comprehensive U.S.-style educational ecosystem where students from 42 countries can study, live, and grow together within a supportive campus environment. Life Prep Academy Liberia is a nonprofit educational campus established with the mission of expanding access to quality education for children and young people in Africa. U.S. STANDARD EDUCATION PROGRAM IN VIETNAM
Life Prep Academy Vietnam was established to bring a U.S. secondary education experience closer to Vietnamese students, providing access to an internationally aligned academic program while allowing students to begin their educational journey in Vietnam before transitioning to high school in the United States or pursuing higher education at highly ranked universities worldwide.
Students follow the curriculum, academic standards, and educational management system of Life Prep Academy USA, supported by faculty members in both the United States and Vietnam, with ongoing academic connections to the U.S. education system.
