Life Prep Academy Vietnam brings together diverse cultural values and a strong sense of community, where families actively support their children throughout their educational journey and contribute to building a meaningful and connected school community. This close partnership between the School and families provides a strong foundation that has supported hundreds of Vietnamese students in achieving scholarships, obtaining study visas, and confidently pursuing opportunities around the world.

A Strong Partnership Between School, Family, and Student

Education is not a journey that students take alone. It is a collaborative process built through meaningful cooperation among the School, families, and students. Strong engagement with parents allows the School to better understand each student’s aspirations, needs, and personal development, while helping educators gain deeper insight into students’ personalities, strengths, and learning progress.

With a commitment to maintaining close communication among the School, families, and students, the Life Prep Academy Vietnam Office regularly stays connected with parents, providing updates on students’ daily routines and academic progress while they study in the United States.

Creating a positive educational environment where the School, families, and students work together with trust and shared responsibility not only supports academic success but also encourages students’ holistic development in a caring and supportive community.

The Life Prep Academy Vietnam Office serves as an important bridge between Life Prep Academy in the United States and Vietnamese families, ensuring alignment in educational goals and communication. Through this partnership, students feel supported, connected, and welcomed as part of their second home at Life Prep Academy.

Parent of Phạm Anh Khoa – Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted, Dak Lak

“Our family is very happy and proud. At first, we never thought our child would have the opportunity to study abroad, but today, we are truly delighted. He worked very hard and was awarded a scholarship from Life Prep Academy.

The learning environment at Life Prep is clean, modern, and well equipped. The teachers are very dedicated, and the boarding facilities are comfortable and welcoming. The residential environment also provides international students with opportunities to connect and exchange cultures, creating a supportive setting for learning.

On behalf of our family, I would like to thank Life Prep Academy Vietnam for creating this opportunity for our child to receive an international scholarship. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the Academic Director, who visited Buon Ma Thuot and took the time to visit our family.

I wish the school and its faculty continued health and success, and I hope that Life Prep Academy will continue to provide more scholarship opportunities for Vietnamese students.”

Parent of Phạm Tiền Phong – FPT High School, Can Tho City

“We feel very reassured about choosing Life Prep Academy Vietnam as our child’s school. We initially had concerns about the demands of completing the American high school program while simultaneously preparing for English proficiency and keeping up with high school coursework. At times, the academic workload was challenging for our child, and naturally, we worried about the pressure.

However, with the dedicated and enthusiastic support of the teachers, we have always felt confident that our child would be able to overcome each challenge.

Now that our child has received a scholarship and obtained a U.S. student visa, our family’s happiness and pride are truly difficult to put into words. We sincerely thank Life Prep Academy Vietnam for supporting and accompanying our family throughout our child’s educational journey.”

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Life Prep Academy Vietnam is designed as a connected community for families whose children are pursuing their education in the United States. It provides a platform where experienced parents can share insights and guidance with new families, Vietnamese families can support one another, and parents can maintain meaningful communication with teachers and the Life Prep Academy Vietnam Office.

Through parent gatherings, educational discussions, and community activities, the PTA aims to foster a supportive parent network united by a shared commitment to creating the best possible learning and development environment for students.

Annual PTA Activities

Pre-Departure Parent Meetings

Held twice each year, these meetings provide an opportunity for the School, parents, and students to discuss important preparations before students begin their educational journey in the United States. Families receive essential information, guidance on travel preparation, and important procedures to help ensure a smooth transition.

Community Service Journey

An annual service-learning activity that allows parents to participate alongside students and teachers. These community service experiences provide meaningful opportunities for families to contribute to society while helping students develop a deeper understanding of compassion, sharing, and social responsibility.

Supporting Students’ Educational Journey

The School organizes workshops, discussions, and support activities designed to help parents actively engage in their children’s educational experiences. These programs not only strengthen students’ learning skills but also help parents better understand their children’s needs, challenges, and academic growth.

Through these ongoing activities, the PTA strengthens the partnership between families, the School, and students while building a united and supportive community that accompanies students throughout their educational journey and personal growth.

Parent of Tran Bao Phuong – Ho Chi Minh City

“After just a few months of study, I noticed significant changes in my child’s maturity and confidence. Previously, my child struggled with English pronunciation and was very afraid of studying the subject. However, after only one or two weeks at the school, our entire family was surprised by the progress.

Today, when I accompanied my child to the visa interview, I could clearly see how much more mature and confident my child had become. I sincerely thank the teachers and the school for giving my child the opportunity to develop an interest in English, while also helping transform the way my child thinks about and approaches learning.”

Parent of Phan Trong Hao – Ho Chi Minh City

“After being denied a tourist visa twice, we had almost lost hope. But with the support of Mr. Dũng and Ms. Angel, our son now has a U.S. student visa and a 100% scholarship.”

EVERY DREAM HAS A STARTING POINT

Every student who joins Life Prep Academy Vietnam brings unique dreams, aspirations, and goals. Some students aspire to attend leading universities such as Harvard or Stanford, while others hope to continue a family legacy or simply gain the confidence to communicate effectively in English.

Regardless of their individual starting points, every student receives dedicated guidance, personalized support, and meaningful opportunities for holistic development. Through a supportive learning environment and thoughtful academic direction, students are empowered to grow with confidence and take important steps toward becoming global citizens.

Lê Thanh Yến Nhi – Alumna, Ngo Quyen High School, Dong Nai City

$2.1 Billion VND Scholarship for U.S. High School and College Programs

“I participated in the International Scholarship Competition and was awarded scholarships for two consecutive years. That was what ultimately convinced my mother to let me study in the United States. When I found out that I had passed my visa interview, I was so overwhelmed with emotion that I couldn’t even collect my documents. I just stood there crying. My father had to steady me by the shoulder and hold my hand as we crossed the street, and I was still crying when we arrived.

My English improved dramatically after just two months of studying at Life Prep Academy Vietnam. I am now confident speaking English, giving presentations, expressing opinions, and participating in discussions—skills I had previously practiced mainly through writing and grammar exercises during my 11 years of school.

I still remember that when I took the IELTS exam and attended my visa interview, my teachers were even more nervous than I was.

Where I am today is the result not only of my own efforts but also of the support and guidance I received from my teachers at the school. With their help, I was able not only to obtain my U.S. student visa but also to change the way I think and continue developing as an individual. I am sincerely grateful to all of my teachers for helping me have this wonderful opportunity.”

Lê Mỹ Quang Hiếu – Alumnus, Long Khanh High School, Dong Nai City

70% Life Prep Academy Scholarship

“Learning English at Life Prep Academy Vietnam has been a truly different experience. Before joining the school, I had studied English at school and at various language centers for nearly 10 years, but I still felt self-conscious and was afraid to speak English.

I often struggled to follow native speakers when they spoke quickly. Even when I could understand simple sentences, I still had a habit of translating from Vietnamese into English before responding, which made my reactions slow. My limited vocabulary also affected my confidence.

I wanted to study engineering in the United States, but achieving an IELTS score of 6.5 and developing the listening and speaking skills I needed for my U.S. visa interview seemed like a daunting challenge.

After one year at Life Prep Academy Vietnam, I not only achieved my IELTS target, became confident giving presentations in English, and successfully obtained my U.S. student visa, but also received a 70% scholarship.”

Le Thu Trang – Alumna, Le Hong Phong High School, Dong Nai City

80% Life Prep Academy Tuition Scholarship

“With the dedicated support and guidance of my teachers, I went from being a shy student with very limited English to becoming confident communicating fluently in front of others.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to study at Life Prep Academy, a boarding school in Kansas, with an 80% tuition scholarship. This experience has been an important first step toward building my confidence and moving forward on the path to achieving my goals.”
